These terms cover the RainCode AI website at raincodeai.ca. They are written in plain language. Quill and Frontdesk are separate apps with their own terms.

Who we are

RainCode AI is a software business based in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, run by Avery Miller. You can reach us at RainCodeAI@proton.me or (519) 276-7915.

This website

The site describes what we offer:

  • Quill (rainquill.app), an AI quote and estimate generator for contractors
  • Frontdesk (frontdesk-eight.vercel.app), an embeddable AI chat widget that answers questions on a business website and captures leads
  • Custom AI setup for businesses and individuals

The pages are general information. They are not a promise that a particular feature, price, or result is available until we confirm it with you.

Quill and Frontdesk

Creating an account or using Quill or Frontdesk is governed by that app's own terms and privacy policy:

This website does not take payment and does not create an account for those apps. Sign up on the app's own site if you want to use it.

Acceptable use

You may use this website to learn about RainCode AI and to contact us. Please don't:

  • Break the law, or help someone else do so
  • Try to disrupt the site, the contact form, or the demo chat
  • Send spam or malware
  • Use the site in a way that harms other people

We may refuse a message or block use that breaks these terms.

Contact form

The contact form sends your message through FormSubmit, which delivers it by email to RainCodeAI@proton.me. Please don't send sensitive information you would not want handled by an email delivery service, such as passwords or payment card numbers.

You are responsible for what you submit. Our Privacy Policy describes what the form collects and how it is used.

Demo chat

The homepage includes a live Frontdesk demo so you can see how the widget behaves. Answers are produced by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on a demo answer for legal, financial, safety, or other professional decisions.

Custom AI setup

If you ask about custom AI setup, we will discuss the work with you. A project starts only when we agree on it — for example, by email. Browsing this website, sending the contact form, or trying the demo chat does not by itself create a contract for paid work.

RainAgent

The site mentions RainAgent as something we are building. It is not a product you can buy or sign up for from this website.

Intellectual property

The RainCode AI name, the text and design of this website, and our branding belong to RainCode AI. Please don't copy the site and present it as your own. Quill and Frontdesk are RainCode AI products. Their software is covered by each app's own terms, not these ones.

Third-party services

The site links to other services, including Quill, Frontdesk, YouTube, and our social accounts. Those services have their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site. FormSubmit delivers contact-form messages, and Frontdesk runs the demo chat, under their own terms.

Disclaimer and liability

We work to keep this website useful and accurate. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Information on the site can change.

To the extent Canadian law allows, RainCode AI is not liable for loss or damage that results from using this marketing website, relying on its general content, or relying on an answer from the demo chat. This does not limit any right that the laws of Ontario or Canada do not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless a law that applies to you requires a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you are accepting the updated terms.
